What is the shelf life of the chocolates?


All of our chocolates and treats are made with the purest and freshest all-natural real ingredients and should be consumed within the following: - 2 weeks or less for fresh truffles or ganaches. - 1-2 months for traditional chocolates - 3-4 months for our chocolate bars depending on the flavor. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us at info@asperschocolate.com.




What is your return policy?


All of our products are handmade, perishable items. As such our products are non-returnable. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of the purchase date, let us know and we will make it right!




What allergens are contained in your products?


All of our products are processed in a facility that handles dairy, peanuts, wheat, soy and tree nuts. We do our best to avoid cross-contaminating and separate everything we make by hand so as to ensure quality and safety, although we cannot guarantee 100% that there was no cross-contamination.




How do I store my chocolate?


All Asper's Chocolate truffles should be stored in the refrigerator until ready to enjoy. For the best tasting experience, bring truffles to room temperature before indulging. Other product shelf lives are as follows: Toffee & Caramels: 4 weeks Exotic Chocolate Bars: 6 months Caramel bars: 3 months You may store these products at room temperature (ideally 67-69 degrees Fahrenheit).




Why do your products have such a short shelf life?


Please keep in mind that all of our handcrafted sweets are 100% natural and free of preservatives; so eating them ASAP is ideal. You may store them in the refrigerator to preserve freshness, but please allow them to come to room temperature before eating. Enjoy!
