•  Each item is individually packaged and sealed, placed in our branded, corrugated box, tightly packed with packaging material, ice packs (during warmer months) and placed in a shipping box. These measures are taken to ensure the quality and freshness of our product during transit.

  • For best results, we suggest enjoying your chocolates within 1 week of arrival. Remember we don't use any preservatives in our stuff!

  • All of our products can be frozen for a duration of up to 3 months. We suggest you freeze our products if not consumed within 1 week of arrival. To thaw them take them out of freezer an place them in the refrigerator for 24 hours before eating. 



  • We offer on-site pick up Tuesday- Saturday from 7:30 am to 4 pm

  • Pickup location is 202B South Main Street, Aubrey, TX 76227

  • We will be unable to issue refunds for orders not picked up on selected pick-up date. You have until close to pick up all pre-paid orders on scheduled date.

  • If you can’t pick-up on your scheduled date, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Orders are processed and fulfilled Monday-Wednesday. Orders placed after our weekly cutoff on Tuesdays at 3pm cst. will not ship out until the following week. 

  • We fulfill all orders in the order in which they are received. High demand may result in delays or additional processing days.

  • All shipping orders will be processed within 2 business days. During warm weather periods, this may be extended an additional day to allow for proper cooling prior to shipment.



  • We ship our chocolates throughout the U.S. Monday-Wednesday

  • We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

  • We are not responsible for delays in delivery times for packages not received due to incorrect addresses.

  • Shipping charges will not be refunded for late deliveries in the event that someone is not available to receive the package when delivered.

  • Increased demand due to certain holidays may result in processing delays. Processing times are separate from shipping times. Additional delays may come up due to increased package volume of shipping carrier.

  • Prices for shipping will depend on the total weight of your order, it will automatically be calculated at the checkout cart before completing the transaction. 

  • We ask you plan ahead and order approximately 5 days prior to desired arrival date.



  • From April through mid-October, heat-sensitive candy (including all chocolates) are delivered in insulated containers with reusable cold packs and shipped via 2-day delivery, at an additional cost. These consist of a reusable non-toxic gel refrigerant and reduces the risk of melting and ensures a speedy delivery to your door.

  • To also prevent melting, orders received Wednesday-Friday will ship the following Monday to reduce the time spent in transit or sitting in a warehouse or vehicle.  




  • Due to our products being a perishable item, we do not accept returns or exchanges

  • If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us at within 24 hours of receiving your treats.

  • Please provide a photo and description of your issue, we will make every effort to make sure you are happy with your experience.


*All claims sent after the 24-hour window or submitted without proper documentation will not be eligible for reship or refund. 




Cancellation for shipping orders need to be received within 24 hours from the time you placed the order. A written email needs to be sent to Please include your order number in the email. Any cancellation received after 24 hours will not be eligible for refund.
